Processing Time

  • All cookie orders are freshly baked and packed to ensure the best quality.
  • Processing Time:
    • Standard Orders: 5-7 business days
    • Custom Orders (e.g., personalized cookies): 2-3 weeks
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders are only shipped Monday to Wednesday each week.

  2. UPS 2nd Day Air
  3. UPS 3rd Day Air

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated by order weight
  • Express and Overnight shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.


Shipping Issues

  1. Delayed or Lost Packages:

    • If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@thecookiecaper.com.
    • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  2. Damaged Items:

    • If your cookies arrive damaged, email us at info@thecookiecaper.com with photos of the package and items.
    • As per our policy, we do not refund for carrier damage but will take your issue into consideration.
  3. Incorrect Address:

    • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Perishable Items Disclaimer

  • Since cookies are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for items left unattended or exposed to extreme weather conditions.
