- All cookie orders are freshly baked and packed to ensure the best quality.

- Standard Orders: 5-7 business days
- Custom Orders (e.g., personalized cookies): 2-3 weeks
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
- Orders are only shipped Monday to Wednesday each week.

Shipping Costs
- Calculated by order weight
- Express and Overnight shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

- As per our policy, we do not refund for carrier damage but will take your issue into consideration.

- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Perishable Items Disclaimer
- Since cookies are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for items left unattended or exposed to extreme weather conditions.
